Ingredients
- 90 g Mushrooms
- 180 g Carrots approx. 2 larger
- 120 g Peas deep-frozen
- Vegan sliced meat
- 300 ml Wacker Organic Vegetable Stock
- 2 EL Margarine
- 2 EL Wacker Sprouted Spelt Flour Organic
- 100 ml Vegetable cream
- 1/2 Lemon Juice thereof
- 1 TL Nutmeg
- 1 handful Parsley fresh
- 1 Cup Wacker Sprouted Rice Organic
- Salt & Pepper at will
Instructions
- Cook the sprouted rice according to the pack instructions.
- Melt the margarine in a pan, add the spelt flour and make a roux, stirring with a whisk.
- Add the vegetable stock, stirring constantly, and bring to the boil.
- Add the vegetables and spices.
- Once the vegetables have simmered for a few minutes, add the sliced meat and the vegetable cream. Leave everything to simmer for a little longer.
- Then season with lemon juice, salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsley and enjoy with the sprouted rice. 🍴🍚
