Breakfast cake in 5 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven.
  • Place the bananas, cedar nut butter, Wacker sprouted nut muesli, baking powder, oat milk, cinnamon, salt and date sugar in a blender. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Pour the mixture into a loaf tin lined with baking paper. Optionally, fold in the nuts & chopped chocolate. 
  • Cut the 3rd banana in half and place on top of the dough. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
  • Bake at 180°C for approx. 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven, leave to cool and enjoy!
