It only takes 5 minutes to prepare and is a real treat that stands out from porridge and muesli. 🚀🌞🍰 The perfect mealprep recipe that you can prepare on a Sunday to have a healthy & delicious breakfast every morning during the week without any effort. 🙏🏼

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Wacker Sprouted Nut Muesli Organic
- 3 Bananas
- 3 El Cedar nut puree
- 1 EL Baking powder
- 1 Cup Oat milk warm
- 1 TL Cinnamon ground
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 2 EL Wacker date sugar organic
optional
- 1 handful Chocolate
- 1 handful Wacker nut-fruit mix organic
Instructions
- Preheat the oven.
- Place the bananas, cedar nut butter, Wacker sprouted nut muesli, baking powder, oat milk, cinnamon, salt and date sugar in a blender. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf tin lined with baking paper. Optionally, fold in the nuts & chopped chocolate.
- Cut the 3rd banana in half and place on top of the dough. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
- Bake at 180°C for approx. 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven, leave to cool and enjoy!
