  • Chocolate with a high cocoa content & sugar-free, chopped
  • 1 TL Peanut butter
  • 3 Banana slices

Instructions

  • Simply put all the shake ingredients in a blender and mix until you have a creamy shake.
  • Pour the shake into a glass and top it with peanut butter, banana and chopped dark chocolate. Your post-workout shake is ready. :)
