Ingredients
Shake
- 1 Banana
- 170 ml Oat milk
- 3 EL Peanut butter
- 33 g Wacker Sprouted Oat Flakes Organic
- 33 g Wacker Sprouted Buckwheat Organic
- 1 handful Ice cube
- 1 TL Cinnamon
Toppings
- Chocolate with a high cocoa content & sugar-free, chopped
- 1 TL Peanut butter
- 3 Banana slices
Instructions
- Simply put all the shake ingredients in a blender and mix until you have a creamy shake.
- Pour the shake into a glass and top it with peanut butter, banana and chopped dark chocolate. Your post-workout shake is ready 🙂
