Vegan tuna salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Glass Wacker sprouted chickpeas in a jar organic
  • Gherkins chopped
  • 85 g Yoghurt vegan
  • 2 EL Dijon mustard
  • 1-2 EL Cucumber water
  • Parsley chopped, to taste
  • Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
  • Salt at will
  • Pepper at will
  • Paprika powder at will

Instructions

  • Mash the chickpeas in a bowl with a fork.
  • then add all the other ingredients to the bowl, stir and you're done! :)
