Ingredients
- 1 Glass Wacker sprouted chickpeas in a jar organic
- Gherkins chopped
- 85 g Yoghurt vegan
- 2 EL Dijon mustard
- 1-2 EL Cucumber water
- Parsley chopped, to taste
- Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
- Salt at will
- Pepper at will
- Paprika powder at will
Instructions
- Mash the chickpeas in a bowl with a fork.
- Then add all the other ingredients to the bowl, stir and you're done! 🙂
