5 travel tips for a relaxed start to your holiday

The holiday season is in full swing!

Packing suitcases, booking accommodation, booking the outward journey - as a rule, we plan our holidays well in advance. What often gets neglected in the process is food. Fast food stands at the train station or airport or a snack at the service station are the quick rescue when hunger sets in. However, fast food does not keep you full for long, nor does it increase your well-being. In addition, the probability that you will be on the road longer than expected is currently very high. The excitement, the new daily routine and the long periods of sitting on the road put additional strain on your body. So there are plenty of reasons to plan your journey to your holiday destination well in advance. With our tips, you can relax during your trip 😊

5 travel tips for a relaxed start to your holiday

1. take enough water with you.

It's hot and we need to drink enough fluids. For a little freshness boost, ginger in water or our shots.

2. healthy provisions with fruit and vegetables.

Provisions for the road are easy to prepare. For example, a few sandwiches with tasty spreads and fresh vegetable sticks. This keeps you full for a long time and provides you with enough vitamins.

3. energy-boosting snacks.

If you're stuck in a traffic jam and your nerves are on edge, a bar of nuts and fruit will help with your nerves, or our puffed fruit & veg. Our new Snack pack is perfect for on the go and contains all our snacks & shots :)

Allow the body to rest.

If you are not driving, you can try to sleep for a few hours. With the car, plan enough breaks and buffers so that you are not pressed for time.

5. plan exercise.

Sitting all day can be quite exhausting. During breaks, do some stretching or light fitness exercises to get your circulation going again. This can help prevent back pain, for example. Light stretching exercises can also be done on the train.

Have a great holiday!

This year I have provided myself with the Alkaline Fasting package. This way I can be sure of a healthy and delicious breakfast every day. For dinner, a delicious soup with bread, preferably nicely chilled on the beach 😋so the holiday easily becomes a holiday of pleasure and there is still enough room for the one or other little holiday sin.
