This bar actually has a very special story to tell. The idea for it was born a proud two years ago, shortly after we launched our first bar, the Apricot and almond barhad brought to the market. In the summer of 2021, we began working on the recipe for the raspberry bar with great enthusiasm, so that production could actually have started in the autumn. PROPERLY.

You probably remember that time. The world was in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic and everything seemed uncertain. People started hoarding, supply chains were falling apart and the raspberry harvests were proving to be extremely poor. Due to massive problems in supply chains and additional low-yield raspberry harvests. Prices for raspberries soared and the production of our Raspberry and almond bar would simply have become uneconomical.
We had no choice but to wait, even though everything was prepared and ready for production.
Until this year, when the time was finally right. It was worth the wait, because now it's here and we love it!
