In India, mango lassis are served with traditional spicy curries to balance out the hot meal. The Apple-Mango Sauce and the Ginger shot in this refreshing drink cool you down even on the hot summer days in Germany and thus create an inner balance. Vegetable milk and yoghurt have a pleasant satiating effect, so that you can also enjoy the mango lassi when you are less hungry at higher temperatures. 🙂
