Ingredients
- 2-3 Cucumbers
- Salt at will
- 1 EL Wacker date sugar organic
- 6 EL Soy sauce
- 1 EL Rice vinegar
- 1 EL Sesame oil
- 2 EL Sesame seeds Roasted
- Chili at will
- 2 Spring onions cut into slices
- Ginger Freshly grated
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Cut the cucumbers into this cool shape using two sticks 🥢 by first cutting at a slight angle in one direction, then turning the cucumber over and cutting it straight.
- Then place the cucumbers in a bowl, pour all the ingredients for the dressing into a bowl, stir and add to the large bowl with the cucumbers. That's it! 🥗
