Ingredients
Floor
- 90 g Wacker Sprouted Oat Flakes Organic
- 90 g Wacker tiger nut flakes organic
- 60 ml Coconut oil
- 4 EL Wacker date sugar organic
Peanut butter and caramel layer
- 80 g Peanut butter salted
- 4 EL Wacker date sugar organic
- 2 EL Coconut oil melted & cooled
Chocolate layer
- 1 Blackboard Chocolate unsweetened, chopped
- 1 EL Peanut butter
- 1 Pinch Salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the oatmeal flour, tigernut flakes, melted coconut oil and date sugar until you have an even mixture. Press the mixture into a mould lined with baking paper and leave to set in the freezer.
- Mix the peanut butter, date sugar and coconut oil in a bowl until you have a creamy caramel mixture. Spread this evenly over the base and leave to set again in the freezer.
- Melt the chopped chocolate over a bain-marie, then stir in the peanut butter. Pour the mixture over the caramel layer and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
- Chill the Twix bars in the fridge for at least 2 hours until they are firm. Then cut into pieces and enjoy!
