Ingredients
- 1 Broccoli head
- 500 g Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 300 ml Almond milk
- 3 EL Wacker Sprouted Spelt Flour Organic
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 100 ml Wacker Organic Vegetable Stock
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Peel and dice the potatoes, divide the broccoli into florets and finely chop the onion.
- Cook the vegetables until al dente.
- Heat the olive oil gently in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent.
- Pour in the almond milk and vegetable stock, season with Wacker herb salt and pepper, stir in the spelt flour and deglaze the onions with it. Allow to simmer briefly.
- Add the diced potatoes and broccoli and simmer for a little longer. Serve hot and enjoy! Enjoy your meal! 🍲
