This berry chia pudding consists of just 5 ingredients, takes just 10 minutes to prepare and offers a delicious answer to digestive problems thanks to its high fibre content. 🍓🫐 Prepare it on Sunday evening and start the week with a happy tummy! 🌞 The portion is easily enough for several days. 🤗
Ingredients
- 150 g Berries deep-frozen
- 235 ml Vegetable milk
- 75 g Chia Seeds
- 3 TL Wacker date sugar organic
- 2-3 EL Yoghurt
Instructions
- Mix the berries, oat milk, yoghurt and date sugar in a blender.
- Add the chia seeds and leave to soak for a few hours (overnight if you prefer).
- Pour a portion of the chia pudding into a glass and top with a generous portion of Wacker sprouted berry muesli.Your delicious, digestion-friendly breakfast is ready 🙂
