Ingredients
- 150 g Chickpea flour
- 1 Courgette
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion
- 2 EL Tomato paste
- Garden herbs
- Herbal salt
Instructions
- Wash and grate the courgette and carrot and finely chop the onion.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.Tip: If the dough is a little too wet, you can add more flour and if it is a little too dry, you can add a dash of water.
- Then form fritters and fry them in a pan with a little oil.
- The patties taste great in a wrap or with a tasty salad
