Ingredients

  • 150 g Chickpea flour
  • 1 Courgette
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • Garden herbs
  • Herbal salt

Instructions

  • Wash and grate the courgette and carrot and finely chop the onion.
  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
    Tip: If the dough is a little too wet, you can add more flour and if it is a little too dry, you can add a dash of water.
  • Then form fritters and fry them in a pan with a little oil.
  • The patties taste great in a wrap or with a tasty salad
