Healthy and super tasty energy givers in the winter time. The spices cardamom, anise, cinnamon & co give these vegan Bliss Balls their unique taste. They are also great for giving as a gift in one of our jars! 🙂

Bliss Balls from Wacker Sprouted Winter Muesli

Gingerbread Bliss Balls

Course: Trifle, Dessert, Snack
Servings: 8 Balls

Ingredients

  • 60 g Almonds ground
  • 100 g Dates
  • 30 g Wacker Sprouted Winter Muesli Organic
  • 3 EL Cocoa
  • 2-3 TL Gingerbread spice
  • 1/2 TL Vanilla
  • 50-100 g Wacker Cedar Nut Puree Organic
  • 2 EL Coconut oil
  • something Water so that the mixture is easier to mix.

Toppings

Instructions

  • Simply mix all the ingredients in a food processor.
  • Shape the mixture into 8 equal-sized balls and roll them in the melted chocolate with the help of a spoon, adding some cocoa and date sugar on top if desired. Chill them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before eating. They will keep for at least 2 weeks when chilled. 🙂
