With this recipe, your waffles will even work out gluten-free & vegan!
Ingredients
Waffle titg
- 500 g Wacker Sprouted Buckwheat Flour Organic
- 50 g Wacker date sugar organic
- 1 TL Baking soda
- 4-5 mature Bananas
- 500 ml Plant milk
For the topping
- Wacker Cedar Nut Puree Organic
- Wacker Sprouted Buckwheat Organic
- 1 Pack Strawberries
- Juice of one orange
Instructions
Waffle batter
- Mash the bananas with a fork. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
- Oil the waffle iron and bake the waffles until golden brown.
Topping
- Wash and chop the strawberries, then add the juice of one orange and mix.
- Arrange the waffle on a plate with strawberries, cedar nut puree and sprouted buckwheat.
- Enjoy your meal!
