Whether for breakfast or dessert, you'll love this vegan apple crumble with tiger nut flakes!

Ingredients
For the apple mix
- 2 Apples
- ½ Organic lemons
- 1 EL Wacker date sugar organic
- 15 g chopped almonds
For the crumble
- 50 g Wacker Sprouted Nut Muesli Organic
- 50 g Wacker tiger nut flakes organic
- 3 TL Coconut oil Room temperature
- 2 TL Wacker date sugar organic
Instructions
For the apple mix
- Peel and core the apples and cut into small pieces. Wash the lemon in hot water, dry and grate. Then squeeze the juice of ½ lemon and pour over the apple pieces. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and place in a baking dish.
For the crumble
- Mix all ingredients with a spoon or the hands and spread evenly over the apple mix and bake in the oven at 170°C for 25 minutes.
