Ingredients
- 1 EL Butter
- 1 Onion
- 4-5 Garlic cloves
- 1 small piece Ginger chopped
- 3 TL Curry powder
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 TL Paprika
- Salt at will
- 1/4 TL Chilli flakes
- 1,5 Tins Tomatoes
- 1/3 Tube Tomato paste
- 1 Block Soft tofu
- 1 Glass Wacker sprouted chickpeas in a jar organic
- 1/2 Can Coconut milk
- 1 EL Wacker date sugar organic

- Coconut cream
- Coriander
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to the pack instructions. Chop the onion and garlic and prepare the ingredients.
- Heat the butter in a pan, add the onion and fry until translucent. Add the garlic, ginger and spices and fry everything briefly.
- Stir in the tomato purée and the tin of tomatoes. Allow everything to simmer gently for 5 minutes. Now add the date sugar and blend the sauce with the tofu in a blender or with a hand blender until creamy.
- Return the sauce to the pan, add the sprouted chickpeas and coconut milk and cook everything together again for five minutes on a low heat.
- Serve the dish with sprouted rice, garnished with coriander and a little coconut cream. Enjoy your protein-rich meal!
