Instructions

  • Cook the rice according to the pack instructions. Chop the onion and garlic and prepare the ingredients.
  • Heat the butter in a pan, add the onion and fry until translucent. Add the garlic, ginger and spices and fry everything briefly.
  • Stir in the tomato purée and the tin of tomatoes. Allow everything to simmer gently for 5 minutes. Now add the date sugar and blend the sauce with the tofu in a blender or with a hand blender until creamy.
  • Return the sauce to the pan, add the sprouted chickpeas and coconut milk and cook everything together again for five minutes on a low heat.
  • Serve the dish with sprouted rice, garnished with coriander and a little coconut cream. Enjoy your protein-rich meal!
