Baked Oats: We love the mix of porridge and cake and you can vary the recipe with different toppings or spices.

We opted for a vegan, chocolatey version.

Chocolate Baked Oats

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.
  • Put all the ingredients (except the chocolate) in a blender and blend briefly, pour into an ovenproof dish and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  • Then leave to cool briefly, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and pour over the Baked Oats - leave to cool - enjoy.
