This vegan and protein-rich pasta salad is easy to make and can also be prepared the day before, if you need a quick lunch. Take it to your next garden party or enjoy it at your workplace 🙂
- Boil the chickpeas in water for 40 minutes.
- Cook the pasta, chop the fresh tomatoes, roast the cedar nuts a little in the pan and drain the chickpeas.
- Then just mix all the ingredients together, season with salt & pepper and enjoy 🙂 .
