This vegan and protein-rich pasta salad is easy to make and can also be prepared the day before, if you need a quick lunch. Take it to your next garden party or enjoy it at your workplace 🙂

Ingredients
- 1/2 Pack Wacker Sprouted Pasta Fusilli
- 1/2 Glass Wacker Basil Pesto Organic
- 1-2 Large tomatoes
- 150 g Wacker sprouted chickpeas in a jar organic
- The juice of one lime
- Somewhat Baby spinach
- Some Wacker Cedar Nuts Organic
Instructions
- Cook the pasta, chop the fresh tomatoes, roast the cedar nuts a little in the pan and drain the chickpeas.
- Then just mix all the ingredients together, season with salt & pepper and enjoy 🙂 .
