Fresh and extra creamy blueberry chia parfait that is super quick to prepare & of course vegan 🙂 Enjoy it as breakfast. Dessert or afternoon snack!

Ingredients
- 60 g Chia Seeds
- 1 TL Wacker date sugar organic
- 200 ml Oat milk
- 300 g Vegetable yoghurt
- 1/2 Glass Wacker Blueberry Banana Sauce Organic
- 3 EL Wacker Sprouted Berry Muesli Organic
- 3 EL fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Mix the chia seeds and date sugar in a bowl with the oat milk and yoghurt. If you like, you can add vanilla and cinnamon. Mix everything together, wait 10 minutes, stir again and then leave to soak in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Pour the chia mixture into a glass, top with our Blueberry Banana Sauce, Wacker Muesli & fresh blueberries and enjoy! 🌞✨
